Housekeeper (Full-Time - Wesley Chapel)
Purpose: The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the Wesley
Chapel campus. By supporting facility cleanliness and readiness, this role helps ensure that Life Church can carry
out its mission of excellence in ministry, hospitality, and service to the congregation and community.

Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Development
  • Perform routine daily and weekly cleaning tasks in assigned ministry areas.
  • Support room setups and resets for church services, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure that all cleaned spaces are neat, stocked, and ready for ministry use.
2. Facility Cleanliness & Readiness
  • Complete monthly and yearly deep-cleaning assignments based on schedule.
  • Always follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Assist with maintaining equipment and custodial tools in good working order.
3. Quality Control & Compliance
  • Maintain consistent quality and cleanliness standards during every shift
  • Assist day porters and fellow team members as needed during high-traffic times or events.
  • Communicate any issues or facility concerns to the Facilities team promptly.
4. Inventory & Supply Management
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
  • Organize and restock janitorial storage areas for accessibility and efficiency.
  • Communicate supply needs to the Facilities department in a timely manner.
5. Administrative Participation
  • Attend required team meetings, trainings, and development sessions.
  • Engage with the Facilities team to support special projects or church-wide events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to further the mission of Life Church.

Hours Expected: 40 hours per week as scheduled, with flexibility to cover shifts between Saturday and Friday
based on ministry and facility needs.
