Housekeeper (Full-Time - Wesley Chapel)
Purpose: The Housekeeper at Life Church Wesley Chapel exists to create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects excellence, honor, and care for all who enter the church. This role supports Life Church’s mission by ensuring facilities are consistently prepared for worship services, events, meetings, and daily operations allowing guests, partners, staff, and ministry teams to engage in a distraction-free environment where God’s presence is honored.

Responsibilities
1. Facility Care & Readiness
  • Perform routine daily and weekly cleaning of assigned ministry and facility areas.
  • Prepare rooms and common spaces for worship services, meetings, and events.
  • Complete monthly and annual deep-cleaning tasks according to established schedules.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, orderly, stocked, and ministry-ready at all times.
  • Support event setups and breakdowns with attention to cleanliness and presentation excellence.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Identify and report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns promptly to Facilities leadership.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols in accordance with church policies and regulations.
3. Inventory & Supply Management
  • Monitor cleaning supply levels and communicate needs in a timely manner.
  • Organize, restock, and maintain janitorial storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Steward resources responsibly to support operational excellence.
4. Team Collaboration & Support
  • Work collaboratively with the Facilities team to support church-wide cleanliness initiatives.
  • Assist with seasonal preparations and special events as assigned.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and safety briefings as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall mission and operations of Life Church.
Hours Expected: 40 hours per week as scheduled, with flexibility to work between Saturday and Friday based on ministry, facility, and event needs.
