What's the schedule for Conference in 2023? 

**Please note, Team Leads will communicate call times closer to the conference. Call times will vary per team.

Thursday, October 19th:

• 6p - Check-In Opens
• 7p - Service

 
Friday, October 20th:

• 9a - Morning Sessions
• 11:30a - Lunch Break
• 1p - Afternoon Sessions
• 2:30p - Afternoon Break
• 7p - Service

 
Saturday, October 21st:

• 9a - Morning Sessions
• 12p - Conference Ends

What is included with my $19 registration cost?

We want everyone that calls Life Church their home church to attend Life Church Conference! When you serve, you will receive a discount compared to general attendee registration. The minimal cost associated with serving as a Partner during the conference covers the following: meals when you serve, a $5 voucher for merch, and recordings of all conference sessions post-conference.

I cannot serve every day of the conference, can I still serve? 

Yes, you can still serve at the conference and receive the full benefits of being a Life Church Partner even if you cannot serve the entirety of the conference. Please, complete the registration and indicate which times you are able to serve.

If I cannot not serve each day of the conference, do I still need to pay the registration fee?

Yes, we believe we have structured the value to far outweigh the $19 cost of serving at Life Church Conference, even if you can only serve a portion of the conference.

What are childcare options while I am serving?

The Nursery will be open for children 6 weeks-Kindergarten, and Kids Experience is available for children 1st-5th grade! Students older than 6th grade and up are welcome in the main sessions at a discounted registration rate. Children must be registered!
 
The Cost of Registration for Children:
Nursery: $5/ child
Kids Experience: $19/ child
Students: $19/ student
 
Parents may check in their kids before the general attendee's doors open time. Details on kid's check-in will be communicated closer to the conference. For Partner serving on Friday, you will pick your child up at the beginning of your AFTERNOON break and can check them back in after dinner, before the evening session.

What if I currently serve on multiple Partner Teams and want to serve in multiple areas for the conference? 

In your registration, we ask ministry partners select no more than TWO teams to serve with during the conference. Doing so will streamline our logistics and allow you to attend either a session or service.

What about meals?

When you serve, you will be fed! Children will be fed while they are in Nursery or Kids Experience. Details about meals will be communicated to you by your Team Lead as the conference approaches.
